I initially started my blog purely as a lifestyle based blog and was documenting what I got up to of a weekend, places I visited, restaurants I ate at and things I liked to bake. 'Rosie and Gym' will still focus on all of these things, which will all come under the 'Rosie' part of the blog. The 'Gym' area is really what I love doing and my true passion, hence the blog being re-directed into the fitness area.
I’ll be aiming to post healthy recipes to fit macros, workout ideas and discussing any supplements I take, along with the odd gym OOTD. Oh and of course ill be letting you all in on my favourite eats on cheat day… my favourite part of the week!
I would love to help inspire more girls (or guys) to get active, get lifting and to be less afraid of entering the free weights section in gyms. I see so many girls trying out fad diets on a monthly basis, when really it is really not necessary when a balanced diet and active lifestyle will help you achieve the results you want.
I want to be somebody other girls can relate to and see that if I can achieve great results, then so can you!
