Hey! So I'm finally getting around to doing this blogging thing and I am going to share a few pictures from my trip to Brighton a few months ago. Those of you who know me /follow my Instagram page (@rosie_and_gym), will know that up until recently I was preparing to enter my first bikini bodybuilding competition. So when we took this trip, the boyfriend and I were both on a strict diet, meaning that we had to avoid all the delicious food around... doughnuts, fish and chips, ice cream etc (Sob).

Luckily, we stumbled across a really nice café called Grow 40 along one of the little streets. With me having a slight egg obsession, I ordered an omelette with ham and mushroom, whilst Ben had chorizo with bacon jam on toast… with a side of chipolatas. Got to get that protein fix! Both meals were delicious, and despite it being such a simple meal, it was possibly the best omelette I have ever had… (Sorry dad!), they even managed to roll it. How do they do that!?!?
We spent the rest of the day wandering around the lanes - (which are the perfect place to go vintage shopping if thats your thing), playing the penny machines in the arcades and finishing off with a mooch along the seafront.
If you are ever in Brighton I would definitely recommend going to Grow 40 for a brunch/ lunch, it was delicious and a lovely place to sit on a Sunday afternoon.
